LANE CLOSURES:

SHORT TERM

Tuesday, May 21 (Canceled due to weather conditions) and Wednsday, May 22, 2013:

• The left two lanes of westbound US 290 will be closed between northbound SH 130 and southbound SH 130 from 8 pm to 5 am.
• Southbound SH 130 will be reduced to one main lane from the westbound US 290 exit ramp to the eastbound US 290 entrance ramp from 8 pm to 5 am.
• All lanes of the southbound SH 130 frontage road will be closed form 8 pm to 5 am. DETOUR: Southbound SH 130 frontage road traffic will be detoured to Decker Lane.

Wednesday, May 22, 2013:

• The left lane of eastbound US 290 will be closed from Ferguson Cutoff to Giles Road from 8 pm to 5 am.
• The intersection of Tuscany and US 290 will be closed from 8 pm to 5 am. DETOUR: Traffic will be detoured east and west on US 290.

• The dedicated right turn and left turn lanes onto northbound or southbound Tuscany from westbound US 290 will be closed for approximately six months beginning January 29, 2013. Traffic will still be able to turn right or left onto Tuscany from the regular lanes.

Free Period Ending for Drivers on Manor Expressway
The free period will end for drivers of the new, 1.5-mile stretch of the Manor Expressway on January 5, 2013. The toll road, which is located in the median of US 290 northeast of downtown Austin, has been toll-free since opening in phases during December 2012.

Mobility Authority to Begin Construction on Manor Expressway Following $376 Million Bond Sale
The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority Board of Directors has approved the sale of $306 million in senior lien revenue bonds and $70 million in subordinate lien revenue bonds to fund the 6.2-mile Manor Expressway from US 183 to just east of Parmer Lane.
